The apartments are rented on a first come, first served basis once the items outlined below are received and confirmed.
1. Payment is to be made in Euros (EUR), U. S. dollars (USD), Lithuanian litas (LTL) or Swiss francs (CHF).
-a direct bank transfer in Euro, US dollars or in Swiss francs is available. Details will be provided upon reservation.
-a bank cashier's check drawn on a bank in the United States of America is confirmed immediately upon receipt of your items outlined below.
-a personal check or traveler's check drawn on a bank in the United States of America is accepted, but you must wait for the check to clear.
-Transfer via www.PayPal.com in U. S. dollars (details can be found on the PayPal.com site) available for 5% surcharge.

2. All prices listed are in Euro and on a per night basis.
Payments made in other currencies are based upon the actual exchange rate and no additional fees apply.
NO MINIMUM STAY !
Reservations are accepted a maximum of 36 months in advance.
Upon request, special arrangements may be available.
3. Payment in full must be received prior to the confirmation of your stay.
We are sorry, to keep costs as low as possible for all guests, credit card payments are accepted with a 5% surcharge..
4. Cancellation penalties:
Subletting is not permitted.
- 91 days or more prior to scheduled date of arrival: full refund minus Euro15.00 for handling fees*
- 61 to 90 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 25% of rental charge*
- 31 to 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 50% of rental charge*
-15 to 30 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 75% of rental charge*
-14 days to 3 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 100% of rental charge*
- 2 days or less prior to scheduled date of arrival: 100% of rental charge - administrative fee NOT refunded
* (deposit and administrative fee refunded in full)
5. A security deposit (against apartment damages) of €150.00 is sometimes required for first-time guests.
The security deposit will be returned by the same manner in which your payment was made.
A loss of key charge of €100 applies for each set of lost keys.
6. A 10% discount applies for any rentals of 6 weeks or more.
